Short version: VoltaDesk is an AI receptionist that handles calls and books appointments for your business. Pay $500/mo or $1,500 upfront for 4 months. If you prepay and aren't satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund everything.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoltaDesk, an AI-powered front desk service provided by Polsia, Inc. ("VoltaDesk," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The service operates 24/7 via Twilio voice infrastructure and AI language models. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but target 99.5% availability.

Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days.
We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes apply to your next billing cycle.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the service. No credit card is required to start.
Monthly Plan: No refunds on monthly billing. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Service continues until the end of the paid period.
4-Month Prepay — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
If you prepay $1,500 and are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, contact us at deskpilot-66@polsia.app and we will issue a full $1,500 refund. Service stops immediately upon refund. No partial refunds after day 30.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without refund.
By using VoltaDesk, you authorize us to collect, store, and process data generated through the service (call logs, transcripts, appointment records, customer inquiries) as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your business data. We process it on your behalf and do not sell it.
Upon account termination, we will retain data for 30 days then delete it unless legally required to retain longer.
VoltaDesk, its AI models, software, and all related technology are owned by Polsia, Inc. Your use of the service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of your business content, branding, and customer data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE AI WILL ALWAYS RESPOND PERFECTLY.
AI systems can make mistakes. You should monitor your AI receptionist and configure it appropriately for your business. We are not responsible for missed appointments, lost calls, or incorrect information provided by the AI.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLTADESK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold VoltaDesk and Polsia, Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law; (c) your failure to obtain required consents from your customers (e.g., call recording disclosures).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
